Humanitarian charter and minimum standards in disaster response

The Sphere Project is an initiative to determine and promote standards by which the global community responds to the plight of people affected by disasters. What’s new in the 2011 edition of the Sphere Handbook The new edition of the Sphere Project’s Handbook updates the qualitative and quantitative indicators and guidance notes and improves the overall structure and consistency of the text
